This listing is for any custom work that you may want done. Please do not purchase this unless you have spoke to me prior to ensure the work is something I can do. This fee is NONREFUNDABLE as it is a placeholder for my design time. Even if you decide to not purchase a custom, you will not receive this fee back.

The way this listing will work is:

1. Speak to me via pm or email to ensure the custom work you’re wanting, can be done. Once I say it can be..

2. Purchase this listing and leave a note with “Add Custom as discussed via (insert where we discussed).

3. I will draw up the custom and send you over a proof with pricing. Once the proof is approved, you’ll just need to let me know how many of the custom blanks and the color that you wanted added to your order.

4. The custom blanks will be added to your order and ship once paid. 

If you have more than one design that you want made, you will need to purchase the same amount of custom listings. The only exception to this is a stud + dangle of the same design, as I can easily size something up or down.

You do NOT need to purchase this listing if we have already designed you a custom and you simply want to purchase more of those blanks. This is ONLY for new customs, moving forward.

Custom work is subject to being released to the website in the future for easier ordering. The only time custom work remains off the website is if it’s something that can not be purchased by others (ie a very niche theme, sensitive subject, etc.)

Our releases each week (Thursday at 8:30 PM EST through Sunday at 5 PM EST) are designed to allow us to process orders very quickly the following week. We have a 1-5 business day processing time and shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to nature of the product. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us by email so we can better assist.
